Key Responsibilities
-Identify and engage travel agents and agency partners to generate new business
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B travel partners
-Conduct regular meetings and presentations to promote travel products and solutions
-Onboard new travel agents and support smooth partner activation
-Strengthen existing agent relationships through continuous engagement and support
-Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
-Manage follow-ups, pipeline activities, and partner performance independently
Required Skills & Experience
-Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the travel industry
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner accounts
-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth
