Key Responsibilities
Salesforce & Dialer Ecosystem
-Define and lead Salesforce platform strategy across Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Operations
-Drive enhancements, adoption, and performance optimization of Salesforce applications
-Manage CTI and Dialer integrations for lead management, call recording, analytics, and reporting
Applications & Automation
-Oversee enterprise applications supporting Finance, Operations, CRM, and Customer Experience
-Identify and implement workflow automation using RPA platforms
-Evaluate and deploy AI-driven solutions including chatbots, call intelligence, and predictive analytics
SAP & System Integrations
-Lead integrations between SAP and Salesforce or other enterprise systems
-Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across platforms
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on APIs and system interfaces
-Leadership, Governance & Delivery
-Lead and mentor functional and technical teams across applications and automation
-Manage vendors, contracts, and SLAs while standardizing delivery processes
-Align IT initiatives with business objectives and present KPIs to senior leadership
Required Skills & Experience
– 10–15 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to enterprise applications
-Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, Dialer / CTI systems, RPA tools, and SAP integrations
-Proven leadership in digital transformation, automation, or large-scale application programs
-Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and people leadership skills
-Business-focused mindset with excellent communication and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
– B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / MBA
-Salesforce and/or RPA certifications (preferred)
-Exposure to AI platforms, analytics tools, or process intelligence solutions
