Account Manager – Patner Sales

Key Responsibilities
– Cloud & Managed Services Sales Growth
– Drive revenue growth across cloud solutions, infrastructure, and managed services portfolios.
– Channel Partner Development & Onboarding
– Identify, recruit, formalize (via MOU), and onboard new channel partners including resellers, system integrators, ISVs, distributors, and global partners.
– Partner Sales Execution
– Design and execute effective sales motions with strategic partners to achieve business targets.

Key Partner & Account Management – Build, manage, and grow relationships with key partners and enterprise accounts.

Large Account Acquisition – Support acquisition of large accounts across regulated and enterprise-focused industries such as Pharma and BFSI.

Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to expand wallet share through value-added solutions and services.
– Market Intelligence & Sales Planning
– Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sales strategies that improve visibility and brand presence.
– Partner Performance Management
– Track partner performance, conduct reviews, and recommend corrective or growth-focused actions.

Partner Enablement & Education- Train and enable partners on solution portfolios and complementary offerings.

Conflict & Issue Resolution- Proactively manage partner-related issues including sales conflicts, pricing concerns, and operational challenges.

Sales Pipeline & Forecasting- Own pipeline management, monthly forecasting, and identification of new revenue opportunities.

Presentations & Stakeholder Engagement- Deliver compelling presentations to partners and customers; participate in sales meetings, reviews, and industry events.

Partner Marketing Support- Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives such as campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Revenue & Margin Ownership- Own bookings, revenue, and margin targets across assigned regions and partner accounts.

Database & Relationship Management- Build and maintain a strong database of partner prospects and active relationships.

Strategic Pipeline Development- Develop and execute strategies to create a strong pipeline across existing partners and untapped geographies.

Qualifications & Skills
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Good understanding of emerging and cloud-based technologies
– Proven presentation, negotiation, and selling abilities
– Consultative mindset with strong listening skills
– Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a growth-oriented environment
– Willingness to travel as required
