Account Manager – Cloud Adoption

Key Responsibilities

-Sales & Business Development

-Drive cloud adoption across assigned accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets

-Understand customer requirements, objectives, and cloud readiness

-Prepare, present, and close business proposals

-Build and execute strategic account plans to grow existing customers and acquire new business

-Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline with consistent forecasting

-Collaborate with partners on joint sales opportunities when applicable

-Engage with inbound enquiries and proactively follow up on leads

Account & Customer Management

-Manage multiple enterprise and mid-market accounts simultaneously

-Build long-term, consultative relationships with key customer stakeholders

-Accelerate adoption through education, engagement, and solution alignment

-Analyze account performance and sales metrics to refine engagement strategies

-Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce new cloud offerings

-Provide ongoing consultation to ensure customer needs and expectations are met

Required Qualifications & Skills

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)

-Strong experience in technology or cloud solution sales

-Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

-Consultative selling mindset with strong listening abilities

-Highly target-driven with a strong commitment to results

-Ability to manage workload and perform under pressure

-Willingness to travel as required
