Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job descriptions and post open positions on job portals.
- Source, screen, and shortlist resumes based on requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback and follow-ups.
- Manage onboarding formalities — document collection, induction, and orientation.
- Ensure timely handover of joining kits to all new joinees.
- Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internship letters.
- Maintain HRMS records and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Support HR operational tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably from the manufacturing sector.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
- Full-time availability is mandatory.
