About the Role:
We’re hiring an accomplished Assistant General Manager (Interiors) to lead project execution, profitability, and growth. A leadership role for someone who can ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a minimum 15% profit margin, while building strong client and team relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of interior projects — planning, budgeting, and delivery.
Drive profitability, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
Build strong client, consultant, and vendor networks.
Guide and mentor project teams for performance and accountability.
Oversee billing, approvals, and timely project handovers.
Ensure compliance, MIS reviews, and process efficiency across projects.
Requirements:
Postgraduate in Civil Engineering / Architecture
7+ years of leadership experience in Interiors / Construction / Real Estate
Strong project management, business acumen, and client handling skills
