About the Role
We are looking for a visionary VP – Sales (SaaS) to lead revenue growth for SaaS-led and AI-driven marketing technology solutions. This leadership role demands a proven sales strategist who can scale new product lines, build high-performing teams, and drive enterprise growth through innovation and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership
- Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS and subscription-based offerings.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals with a strong focus on profitability.
Go-to-Market Leadership
- Define and lead GTM plans for new product launches, target markets, and pricing models.
- Establish a robust market presence and brand positioning in the SaaS domain.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of SaaS sales professionals targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented sales culture.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Oversee CRM-led sales operations ensuring accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.
- Maintain visibility into every stage of the sales funnel for consistent performance tracking.
Customer Success Alignment
- Partner with product, marketing, and account management teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through solution-driven engagement.
Thought Leadership
- Represent the organization at key SaaS, MarTech, and industry forums to build visibility and credibility.
AI & Automation Enablement
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools for smarter lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12–18 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in SaaS or MarTech leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2B SaaS revenue.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM integrations, and analytics.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in BFSI, EdTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
