About the Role

We are looking for a visionary VP – Sales (SaaS) to lead revenue growth for SaaS-led and AI-driven marketing technology solutions. This leadership role demands a proven sales strategist who can scale new product lines, build high-performing teams, and drive enterprise growth through innovation and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for SaaS and subscription-based offerings.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals with a strong focus on profitability.

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Define and lead GTM plans for new product launches, target markets, and pricing models.
  • Establish a robust market presence and brand positioning in the SaaS domain.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of SaaS sales professionals targeting enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Foster a performance-driven, growth-oriented sales culture.

Pipeline & CRM Management

  • Oversee CRM-led sales operations ensuring accurate forecasting and high conversion rates.
  • Maintain visibility into every stage of the sales funnel for consistent performance tracking.

Customer Success Alignment

  • Partner with product, marketing, and account management teams to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through solution-driven engagement.

Thought Leadership

  • Represent the organization at key SaaS, MarTech, and industry forums to build visibility and credibility.

AI & Automation Enablement

  • Leverage data, analytics, and AI tools for smarter lead qualification, pipeline management, and sales insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 12–18 years of experience in sales, including at least 5 years in SaaS or MarTech leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling B2B SaaS revenue.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM integrations, and analytics.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in BFSI, EdTech, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred.
