About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Director to lead strategic client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure delivery excellence across digital marketing services. The role demands strong leadership, client advisory, and a proven track record of managing enterprise accounts with measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the key point of contact for CXO/VP/Director-level stakeholders.
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships and position the organization as a strategic growth partner.
Strategic Account Growth
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell across SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Marketing Automation.
- Own account P&L and achieve revenue targets for enterprise accounts.
Business & Delivery Oversight
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) for seamless execution.
- Track delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns meet ROI and align with client goals.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives with a client-first approach.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a culture of service excellence.
Insights & Advisory
- Analyze performance data, competitor trends, and industry insights.
- Advise clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 12–16 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting, managing enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in growing multi-million INR accounts and achieving revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic business acumen with ownership of P&L and client retention.
- Leadership ability to guide and inspire cross-functional teams.
