About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage and streamline HR processes, employee data, payroll coordination, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate HR operations and proficiency in Farvision software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases using Farvision.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) and timely filing of returns.
- Coordinate with finance and admin departments for salary processing and reimbursements.
- Support HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management activities.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review.
- Assist in audits, vendor coordination, and employee query resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Proficient in Farvision (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, payroll, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working in the Real Estate or Construction industry preferred.
Qualification
🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
