About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI applications and agent-based systems that drive business innovation. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and MLflow, along with hands-on experience in Azure DevOps and modern AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI applications and intelligent agents aligned with business objectives.
- Implement model lifecycle management, versioning, and experiment tracking using MLflow.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for seamless development and deployment.
- Develop and optimize multi-agent systems or MCP server-based frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to operationalize models into production environments.
- Integrate AI models and logic within modern application stacks such as Next.js, React, and FastAPI.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security across AI-driven solutions.
- Document processes, maintain repositories, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 5–10 years of experience in AI / ML application development.
✅ Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks.
✅ Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and MLflow.
✅ Proven experience with Azure DevOps (repositories, pipelines, CI/CD).
✅ Experience designing AI agents and multi-agent orchestration.
✅ Familiarity with Next.js, React, FastAPI for AI application integration.
✅ Exposure to Databricks Mosaic AI (highly desirable).
✅ Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Understanding of cloud-based AI deployments (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Experience integrating AI copilots or conversational interfaces into enterprise systems.
