About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. PCB Design Engineer with expertise in high-speed, multi-layer PCB design for digital, analog, and mixed-signal systems. The role involves end-to-end PCB development, signal integrity management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-speed, multi-layer PCBs (10–16 layers) with digital, analog, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Create and manage component libraries, footprints, and schematics.
- Handle complete PCB design lifecycle: library creation → layout → DRC → Gerber release → fabrication.
- Perform DFx (DFA, DFM, DFT) checks and quality verification for layouts and files.
- Set and route high-speed signal constraints (I2C, SPI, USB 2.0/3.0, Ethernet, PoE, BLE, Wi-Fi, GSM, TFT LCD, DDR2/3/4, SD Card, NAND, MIPI, optical interfaces).
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and MIL design practices.
- Collaborate with Design, Mechanical, SI/PI, Thermal, Fabrication, and Assembly teams for clarifications and reviews.
- Independently manage projects and maintain thorough documentation.
Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on experience in high-speed PCB design and signal routing.
- Expertise in multi-layer PCB layout, DRC, post-processing, and Gerber/FAB file generation.
- Strong understanding of datasheets, footprints, and IPC standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
