About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Hardware Design Engineer (Schematic) with strong expertise in high-speed board design and embedded hardware architecture. The role involves full lifecycle hardware design—from concept and architecture definition to validation and reliability testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-speed multi-layer PCB schematics for embedded systems.
  • Work on architecture definition, detailed hardware design, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and validate hardware for processors, memory modules, and network interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, safety, and automotive standards.
  • Perform design testing and validation for robustness and reliability.
  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) efficiently.
  • Approve alternate components and verify electrical characteristics.
  • Apply thermal management and product reliability principles.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and clearly document findings and solutions.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proficiency in schematic design tools and PCB layout workflows.
  • Strong experience in high-speed interface design (DDR, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, SATA, MIPI, CSI, I2C, SPI).
  • Hands-on experience with microprocessors: TI, ARM Cortex A7/A9, Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm.
  • Knowledge of DDR2/DDR3/LPDDR2/LPDDR3 memory integration.
  • Deep understanding of EMI/EMC compliance, safety standards, and transient testing.
  • Expertise across all stages of the hardware product development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
