Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and timelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for program communication and escalations.
- Coordinate effectively across engineering, product, QA, UX, and business teams.
- Manage expectations and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Resolve conflicts and eliminate roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain a risk register and track issue resolution.
Process & Quality Improvement
- Implement and enhance Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices.
- Promote engineering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Conduct retrospectives and integrate key learnings into future programs.
Metrics & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs such as velocity, defect rates, and delivery predictability.
- Provide transparent, data-driven status updates to leadership.
- Use insights to drive process optimization and informed decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing software development programs or projects.
- Proven success in delivering complex, multi-team programs.
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
