About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Hardware Design Engineer (Schematic) to contribute to all stages of the hardware product development lifecycle — from concept to production. The ideal candidate should have strong schematic design experience, component-level knowledge, and exposure to EMI/EMC compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop schematics for PCBs, processors, memory modules, and network components.
  • Work across complete hardware product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC and safety standards.
  • Perform hardware design testing and validation.
  • Prepare and optimize BOM (Bill of Materials) efficiently.
  • Evaluate and approve alternate parts with component-level analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of thermal management and product reliability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve design and testing challenges effectively.

Technical Skills Required

  • Hands-on experience with schematic tools and PCB design workflows.
  • Exposure to Microprocessor-based hardware design – TI, ARM Cortex (A7/A9), Freescale, NXP, Qualcomm.
  • Understanding of EMI/EMC, automotive transient standards, and reliability testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to document and present solutions clearly.
