We are looking for an experienced Techno-Legal Engineer to handle project-related correspondences, ensuring technical requirements align with contractual and legal obligations. This role is key in safeguarding company interests, supporting claims, and assisting in dispute resolution.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review contractual letters, notices, and correspondences.
- Interpret contract clauses (FIDIC, EPC, LSTK, etc.) and advise on entitlements & obligations.
- Support claims preparation, variations, and dispute resolution.
- Liaise with project teams to translate technical issues into legally sound communications.
- Maintain organized documentation for audits, compliance, and legal purposes.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years’ experience in techno-legal roles within the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (postgraduate in Construction Law/Contracts a plus).
- Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, GCC, arbitration, and claims management.
