Are you an experienced plant operations leader with a strong background in construction-related plants such as RMC, Asphalt, Crusher, Batching, Fabrication, or Precast? We are seeking a Plant Operations Head to drive efficiency, safety, and quality across our operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple plants.
- Oversee production, dispatch, and maintenance for timely project delivery.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and environmental standards.
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvements.
- Manage and mentor plant teams for optimal performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project execution teams.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years’ experience in plant operations (construction / infrastructure sector preferred).
- Strong technical expertise in RMC, Crushers, Asphalt, Precast, or Batching Plants.
- Proficiency in ERP, production planning tools, and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Degree in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering (postgraduate in Ops/Industrial Mgmt. is a plus).
