We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a strong background in the service industry to manage technology projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies within the FMGS sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage end-to-end delivery of technology and service-related projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and vendors.
- Methodology: Use Agile/Scrum frameworks and Jira to define project scope and track progress.
- Risk Management: Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and proactively solve challenges.
- Communication: Conduct status reviews and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and process enhancements to meet FMGS industry requirements.
Skills & Expertise
- Experience: 4+ years in technical project management within the service industry (FMGS, consumer goods, or retail preferred).
- Tools: Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and communicate technical requirements.
- Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
