We are seeking a Sourcing Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to grow our channel partner network and drive sales in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strong network and achieving sales targets through these partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: Develop and onboard a strong network of channel partners in Mumbai.
- Sales Targets: Drive sales through all channels to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Engagement & Insights: Plan and organize channel partner events and gather insights on products and competition.
- Sales Operations: Generate leads, manage inventory, and handle sales reporting.
- Customer-Centricity: Respond to customer queries and ensure proper documentation for every customer.
Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in growing channel partner networks and driving sales through them.
- Strong knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and train partners to achieve revenue targets.
- Proactive in generating leads and managing inventory.
