Key Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for revenue, cost management, and overall profitability.
- Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market share.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Skills & Expertise
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience with direct P&L responsibility.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
- Skills: Proven ability to manage teams, with excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
