We are seeking an experienced AVP- Sales to drive real estate sales in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial sales, with a focus on building client and channel partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Management: On-board, engage, and manage channel partners to drive sales.
- Sales Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through all sales channels.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Strategy & Operations: Devise sales strategies, prepare reports, negotiate deals, and manage customer queries and escalations.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated with market trends and conduct competitive analysis.
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience: 10-15 years in Real Estate sales, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
- Market Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Gurgaon and Noida real estate markets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and manage client and partner relationships.
