We are seeking a seasoned AEM Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in AEM development, capable of independently managing and delivering a complete project.

Key Responsibilities:
- AEM Development: Develop and maintain core and custom AEM components, editable templates, and workflows.
- Technical Skills: Work with Sling Models, HTL (Sightly), Touch UI dialogs, OSGi services, Sling Servlets, and event handlers.
- Content Management: Create and manage AEM content fragments and experience fragments.
- Integration: Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party services, and manage data layers for analytics.
- Performance: Optimize the Java Content Repository (JCR) and Apache Oak.
- Migration: Migrate scripts and ensure seamless functionality within the AEM environment.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement AEM solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to AEM.
Skills & Expertise:
- Experience: 6+ years in AEM development.
- Programming: Proficient in Java 8 coding standards.
- UI Technologies: Good understanding of jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Independence: Capable of independently managing and delivering complete functionality.
