Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with 5–9 years of experience in commercial and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings under the guidance of a Senior Architect. This role requires active coordination with consultants, PMCs, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drawing Development
- Prepare drawings from start to finish of the project, covering schematic and working drawing stages.
- Ensure drawings meet company drafting standards and align with finalized designs.
2. Consultant Coordination
- Collaborate with structural and service consultants for smooth design development and execution.
3. Client & Site Coordination
- Work with project managers to deliver GFC drawings as per site requirements.
Personal Specifications:
Qualification:
- Essential: Diploma / ITI in Draftsmanship
- Desirable: Experience with Revit, Photoshop
Skills:
- Essential: AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, MS Office
- Desirable: Revit, Photoshop
Experience:
- Essential: 3–9 years in an architectural consultancy firm
- Desirable: Exposure to mixed-use, large-scale projects
