🕒 Experience: Minimum 10+ Years in Fire Detection / Suppression, Electronic Security & IBMS
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s in Engineering / Business / Marketing (or related field)

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sales Head (AGM level) with 10+ years of proven success in the Fire Detection, Suppression Systems, Electronic Security & Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) industry.

As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving nationwide business growth, building and nurturing client relationships, guiding high-performing teams, and achieving revenue targets.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed AOP & national sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with end clients, MEP Consultants, PMCs, government accounts, turnkey contractors, OEMs & key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and drive growth from existing clients.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of Fire & Safety systems, Security Solutions, and IBMS; stay updated on market trends & innovations.
  • Lead, train, and mentor the sales team & partners/distributors to achieve collective goals.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and training sessions for clients & consultants.
  • Monitor sales performance, competitor activities & market trends with regular reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate across pre-sales, marketing, product, projects, purchase, operations & customer support for smooth execution and client satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Fire Detection, Suppression, Electronic Security & IBMS sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving & exceeding national sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning & people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & client engagement abilities.
  • Ability to travel pan-India as required.
