About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Head to lead the legal function, oversee compliance, and provide strategic legal counsel to senior management. The role involves handling corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, and dispute resolution while guiding a team of legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Draft, review & negotiate contracts, agreements, and MoUs
✔️ Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act & industry regulations
✔️ Manage litigation, disputes & coordinate with external legal counsel
✔️ Conduct due diligence for acquisitions, leasing & expansion projects
✔️ Advise on intellectual property, licensing & content agreements
✔️ Represent the organization before statutory and regulatory bodies
✔️ Mentor & lead the in-house legal team
What We’re Looking For
✨ 12–15 years of strong legal experience (with 5+ years in leadership)
✨ Expertise in corporate, commercial, leasing & regulatory law
✨ Experience in sectors like entertainment, media, hospitality, or retail preferred
✨ Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills
