About the Role
Weβre looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to drive B2B sales in the hyperlocal and quick commerce domain. The role requires building enterprise partnerships, creating custom delivery solutions, and driving sustainable revenue growth. If you thrive in fast-paced, tech-driven ecosystems and have a knack for closing large deals, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
βοΈ Identify & acquire enterprise clients across industries (FMCG, F&B, Retail, Pharma, etc.)
βοΈ Build and execute GTM strategies & sales pipelines for enterprise clients
βοΈ Lead the full sales lifecycle β from lead generation to negotiation & closure
βοΈ Develop tailored solutions in collaboration with product & operations teams
βοΈ Foster long-term relationships with CXOs & key decision-makers
βοΈ Ensure SLA adherence, client satisfaction & post-sales retention
βοΈ Track market trends & competitor moves to unlock new growth opportunities
βοΈ Provide accurate forecasts & sales reports to senior management
What Weβre Looking For
β¨ 5+ years in B2B / enterprise sales (preferably logistics, hyperlocal, or e-commerce)
β¨ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
β¨ Strong understanding of last-mile logistics & tech-enabled supply chains
β¨ Excellent negotiation, communication & presentation skills
β¨ Proficiency in CRM tools & Excel
β¨ Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred
π Experience selling to enterprise clients in FMCG, QSR, Healthcare, or Modern Trade
π Exposure to startups or high-growth companies
π MBA or equivalent (not mandatory)
