Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and strengthen relationships in the recruitment & staffing industry. You will lead business growth efforts, manage a small team, and work closely with leadership to expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and engage potential clients across industries for recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Generate leads via market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and events.
- Present tailored proposals, negotiate terms, and close profitable contracts.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and CXOs.
- Understand client needs and industry trends to offer effective solutions.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery in coordination with recruitment teams.
- Resolve client issues promptly.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives.
- Allocate leads, track progress, and ensure target achievement.
Market & Reporting
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Share sales forecasts, performance reports, and recommendations to improve service offerings.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven B2B sales expertise in a service-based industry (recruitment/staffing preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to inspire and drive teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
- 2–5 years of successful B2B business development experience with a proven sales track record.
