🧳 Domain: MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) – Domestic Travel
Role Overview:
Looking for a seasoned MICE professional with hands-on experience in domestic group travel bookings and end-to-end execution of corporate events and group movements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and contract with hotels for MICE group bookings at competitive rates.
- Execute end-to-end MICE operations including coordination, ground handling, and post-event processes.
- Liaise with external clients before and after MICE movements for seamless execution.
- Handle on-ground operations for domestic group travel.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments and account closure.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and process account settlements with clients and hotels.
- Provide rate reversals within 24–48 hours for MICE or ad hoc group queries.
- Maintain excellent client relations and ensure repeat business through high service standards.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Proven experience in MICE and domestic group travel bookings.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, especially with hotels.
- Good interpersonal and public relations skills.
- Ability to handle on-ground execution with professionalism and agility.
- Organized approach to documentation, payments, and client servicing.
