Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced Architect with a strong portfolio in hotel and hospitality projects, capable of managing the entire design lifecycle—from concept to execution—while coordinating with consultants, clients, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architectural design for hotel projects.
- Develop concepts, technical drawings, and documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
- Ensure design compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and client specifications.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and design team members.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
- Must have prior experience working on hotel projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of construction administration and contract management.
