Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to head high-revenue accounts in rooms and corporate sales. You will manage key clients and lead acquisition for luxury and premium stays.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive room nights and revenue from corporate accounts.
  • Engage directly with procurement heads, admins, and decision-makers in client firms.
  • Forecast occupancy, track booking trends, and maintain CRM records.
  • Represent the brand in trade shows and industry meets.
  • Close high-ticket deals and frame long-term contracts.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in room sales and large corporate account handling.
  • Should have Bangalore market experience and understanding of seasonal demand.
  • Good interpersonal and data-driven sales acumen.
