About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the financial operations of a reputed real estate company. This is a core leadership role involving strategic financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxation
- Prepare and review balance sheets and financial statements with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage audits, tax filings, and coordinate with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures are robust and effective
- Provide strategic financial inputs to senior management and contribute to business growth
- Handle treasury, banking relationships, cash flow management, and capital allocation
- Mentor and lead the accounts team for performance, compliance, and best practices
- Stay updated with market regulations, especially in the real estate sector
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in Real Estate
- Proficiency in financial consolidation, modelling, and taxation laws
- Sound knowledge of compliance, statutory requirements, and internal audit processes
- Hands-on with MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
