Role Overview:

A high-impact leadership position, the Head of Sales (HOS/AHOS) will oversee corporate sales, key account management, and team leadership while being a strategic driver of growth and partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales team across corporate, MICE, and travel trade verticals.
  • Set and monitor monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify key accounts and develop tailored client strategies.
  • Build brand alliances with corporates, consulates, and top-tier partners.
  • Ensure high-performance culture within the team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong network in Bangalore hospitality and corporate ecosystem.
  • Leadership experience in sales planning and execution.
  • Excellent client-facing and strategic negotiation skills.
