Role Overview:

Seeking a seasoned leader for Catering Sales to drive banqueting and events. You’ll manage large-scale corporate and social catering events, driving revenue and brand reputation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the catering sales segment (corporate, weddings, events).
  • Handle key client accounts and high-end negotiations.
  • Liaise with banquet operations and kitchen teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Drive banquet revenue through upselling and targeted business development.
  • Stay updated on competition and catering trends in Bangalore.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience with high-value catering sales in premium hotel chains.
  • Excellent presentation, client engagement, and proposal management skills.
  • Strong command of local clientele and event planners.
