About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist – Managed Services who can drive top-line growth, manage key client relationships, and align solutions with client needs. You’ll play a crucial role in client acquisition, account mining, and cross-functional coordination to achieve business objectives in your assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales activities in Managed Services to meet regional business and GM targets
  • Lead generation through prospecting and deep client engagement
  • Manage and grow key accounts through farming (upsell & cross-sell)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Pre-sales, Practice) and OEM partners
  • Engage with C-Level and senior IT leadership for solution pitching and closures
  • Execute end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead gen to deal closure

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT services, with a strong focus on Managed Services
  • Sound knowledge of IT Infrastructure, NOC, SLA-based delivery, and IT outsourcing
  • Strong communication, client relationship, and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinker with a go-getter attitude and confidence in senior-level discussions
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex IT services deals
