About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Head with robust experience in the real estate sector, especially in high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate must be confident in handling a large workforce and taking complete ownership of the sales team and overall staff performance and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Strengthen culture, build processes, and instill discipline across teams, especially sales
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership for workforce planning and organization development
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business objectives
  • Resolve grievances and ensure high employee engagement and retention
  • Manage statutory requirements and handle sensitive HR matters with maturity and discretion

Candidate Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
  • Must be from the real estate sector with hands-on exposure to high-rise residential and commercial operations
  • Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to manage a sales-driven team and enforce high-performance culture
