About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager with a strong background in Hyperlocal or Quick E-commerce. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, building enterprise partnerships, and driving revenue in a fast-paced, tech-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new enterprise clients (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, F&B, etc.)
- Own the sales funnel: lead gen → pitch → negotiation → closure → onboarding → growth
- Customize solutions in collaboration with product/ops teams
- Foster strategic relationships and client engagement post-sale
- Ensure client satisfaction, SLA compliance, and long-term retention
- Track competitor pricing, market trends, and explore Tier 1 & 2 cities
- Report KPIs, pipeline health, and sales forecasts to leadership
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales (preferably in e-commerce, logistics, hyperlocal, or last-mile delivery)
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in CRM tools and Excel
- Self-starter with proven record in closing high-value deals
- Deep understanding of hyperlocal delivery and supply chain dynamics
Preferred Background:
- Prior experience with logistics or delivery platforms like Porter, Shadowfax, Loadshare
- Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments
- Selling to sectors like FMCG, QSR, Healthcare, Modern Trade is a big plus
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
