Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic finance professional to manage banking, corporate finance, insurance, and debtor-related operations for a company with over ₹1000 Cr turnover. The role demands a high level of financial acumen, leadership, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the company’s banking relationships and finance operations
- Oversee corporate finance, fund management, and cash flow optimization
- Manage debtors’ control, collections, and credit policies
- Handle insurance policies and ensure timely renewals and risk coverage
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for financial planning
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Work closely with auditors and contribute to financial reporting processes
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 14–15 years of experience
- Prior experience managing finance for a company with turnover above ₹1000 Cr
- Strong exposure in banking, corporate finance, insurance, and credit control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Based in or open to working from Gurgaon
