Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic leader with strong exposure to Domestic MICE operations and a track record of sales generation. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful MICE events across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end planning and execution of MICE events as per client expectations
- Design creative event proposals aligned to client goals
- Negotiate with vendors, hotels, venues, and transportation partners for best value
- Ensure profitability and meet P&L targets consistently
- Drive new business across India in the MICE segment
- Maintain and expand strong hotel and car rental partnerships
- Enforce strict adherence to internal TATs and operational SOPs
- Lead, mentor, and manage teams across event planning and logistics
- Optimize transportation budgets while maintaining quality
- Build scalable processes, documentation, and compliance standards
- Ensure all corporate and internal compliance policies are followed
Ideal Candidate:
- Domestic MICE expertise is mandatory
- Strong leadership, vendor management, and negotiation skills
- Proven record in sales and operational delivery
- Strategic thinker with ability to scale business
