Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive with strong exposure to accounting practices in multinational setups. The ideal candidate should be adept at handling multi-currency books, consolidations, and financial reporting independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage journal entries and accounting classifications under accrual basis
- Consolidate financials for multiple entities and ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with external financial systems, auditors, and stakeholders
- Analyze complex transactions including revenue recognition, inter-company eliminations, capitalized software, etc.
- Prepare and reconcile fixed assets, prepaids, depreciation, and amortization
- Handle AP & AR, perform bank reconciliations, and support audits
- Own month-end and year-end closings
- Lead ad-hoc projects and financial analysis tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance + CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred
- 8+ years of accounting experience in multi-national setups
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Indian & US accounting standards
- Familiar with GST, TDS, STPI, and external audits
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Strong communication and independent working ability
