Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead and drive the organization’s financial strategy and long-term financial planning
🔹 Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance functions
🔹 Manage capital raising, investor relations, and debt structuring
🔹 Track and control financial performance of infrastructure projects including ROI and cost
🔹 Ensure timely compliance with financial regulations, corporate tax policies, and statutory requirements
🔹 Collaborate closely with operations, legal, and project teams for efficient financial project planning
🔹 Identify financial risks in capital projects and deploy effective mitigation strategies
🔹 Lead, mentor, and grow the finance team for enhanced productivity and alignment
