Location: Mumbai
Experience: 3–6 years in channel sales/sourcing (Western/SOBO Market)

Candidates must have sourcing or channel sales experience in the Mumbai market (preferably Versova or Worli), with a proven record of handling ₹10 Cr+ to ₹20 Cr+ ticket sizes. Developer-side experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Develop & grow the channel partner network across Mumbai
🔹 Drive channel sales and meet monthly/quarterly/AOP sales targets
🔹 Engage actively with brokers to generate high-quality leads & footfalls
🔹 Allocate project inventory as per client preferences and maintain updated MIS
🔹 Handle customer queries, documentation, and ensure a seamless experience
🔹 Monitor partner performance and ensure sales closure support
🔹 Drive process compliance and suggest improvements
🔹 Take ownership of self-development and upskilling initiatives
Key Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong communication & client-handling skills
✔ Experience in channel development and large-ticket real estate sales
✔ Good understanding of Mumbai’s SOBO/Western real estate market
✔ Ability to manage reports, performance data, and improve partner effectiveness
✔ Open to travel within Mumbai for channel and client engagement
