Key Responsibilities:
๐น Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
๐น Set KPIs for team members and conduct regular reviews and coaching
๐น Strategize for growth across global markets โ Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.
๐น Build and manage relationships with international distributors, importers, and partners
๐น Collaborate with internal teams โ supply chain, documentation, logistics โ to ensure seamless order fulfillment
๐น Monitor competitor and market trends, recommend pricing and positioning strategies
๐น Represent the company in global exhibitions and meetings, mentor junior sales professionals
๐น Own forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for international business
Candidate Requirements:
โ 5โ10 years of proven experience in international sales โ domestic-only profiles will not be considered
โ Background in FMCG, rice, agro commodities, or export-oriented industries preferred
โ Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills
โ Experience in handling regions such as Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe
โ Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and distribution models
โ Comfortable with international travel and remote coordination
โ Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting platforms
