Experience: 5 to 10 years in international sales

Key Responsibilities:
๐Ÿ”น Lead and manage the international sales team to achieve revenue and market expansion targets
๐Ÿ”น Set KPIs for team members and conduct regular reviews and coaching
๐Ÿ”น Strategize for growth across global markets โ€“ Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, etc.
๐Ÿ”น Build and manage relationships with international distributors, importers, and partners
๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with internal teams โ€“ supply chain, documentation, logistics โ€“ to ensure seamless order fulfillment
๐Ÿ”น Monitor competitor and market trends, recommend pricing and positioning strategies
๐Ÿ”น Represent the company in global exhibitions and meetings, mentor junior sales professionals
๐Ÿ”น Own forecasting, reporting, and budgeting for international business


Candidate Requirements:
โœ” 5โ€“10 years of proven experience in international sales โ€“ domestic-only profiles will not be considered
โœ” Background in FMCG, rice, agro commodities, or export-oriented industries preferred
โœ” Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills
โœ” Experience in handling regions such as Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe
โœ” Hands-on knowledge of export documentation and distribution models
โœ” Comfortable with international travel and remote coordination
โœ” Proficient in CRM tools, Excel, and reporting platforms
