🎯 Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned VP – Sales to drive revenue strategy, team performance, and topline growth for a reputed real estate group. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in real estate sales leadership, strong market acumen, and the ability to align sales objectives with business vision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional and national sales strategies across premium residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Drive topline revenue targets, pricing strategies, and quarterly/annual sales goals.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Channel Partners & Direct Sales force.
  • Implement CRM-led sales processes, performance dashboards, and funnel conversion techniques.
  • Oversee channel partner onboarding, training, and incentive strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Project Teams for seamless customer experience and conversion support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor benchmarking, pricing insights, and sales pipeline health.
  • Represent the organization at sales launches, industry forums, and high-level customer engagements.

🧑‍💼 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 25+ years of experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership (National/VP level)
  • Proven track record of delivering multi-crore revenue in residential/commercial portfolios
  • Excellent team leadership, channel partner management & strategic planning skills
  • Strong understanding of NCR real estate markets, customer behavior & pricing dynamics
  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred
