🎯 Role Overview:

We are hiring a VP – Finance & Accounting to lead the complete finance function of a reputed real estate group. This strategic role involves overseeing financial reporting, cash flow, audits, taxation, and fund management, with strong coordination with promoters, lenders, and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits across multiple projects and SPVs
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, MIS reporting, and board-level financial analysis
  • Develop strategies for cash flow management, capital allocation, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with taxation (direct/indirect), RERA norms, ROC filings, and statutory requirements
  • Handle relationships with external auditors, banks, NBFCs, legal, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee project-wise accounting and ensure adherence to real estate revenue recognition standards
  • Support due diligence for funding, mergers, JV structuring, or asset monetization
  • Drive automation and digitization of financial processes using ERP tools
  • Coordinate with project, legal, and CRM teams for revenue reconciliation and collections

🧑‍💼 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 20+ years of experience in finance & accounts, with minimum 10+ years in real estate or project-based industry
  • Qualified CA or MBA (Finance) with strong financial leadership experience
  • Sound understanding of taxation, RERA, IND-AS, Companies Act, and financial controls
  • Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, financial modeling, and project feasibility is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities
