Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Lifecycle Oversight:
Manage the full journey from booking to possession, ensuring smooth documentation, demand generation, payment tracking, and handover processes.

🔹 CRM Strategy & Process Improvement:
Develop and implement best-in-class CRM practices, ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.

🔹 Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the CRM team across projects, ensuring alignment with customer commitments, timelines, and brand standards.

🔹 Cross-functional Coordination:
Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing for timely resolution of queries, documentation, and project updates.

🔹 Escalation & Grievance Management:
Address and resolve high-level escalations, customer complaints, and exceptional cases professionally and empathetically.

🔹 Regulatory & Documentation Compliance:
Ensure compliance with RERA, legal documentation (Agreements, Allotment, Possession Letters), and audit readiness.

🔹 Tech & CRM Platform Oversight:
Monitor usage of real estate CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or custom platforms); guide team in using dashboards, workflows, and data analytics effectively.


🎯 Key Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)

12+ years of experience in CRM/Post-Sales in Real Estate (Residential or Commercial)

Proven leadership managing large CRM/post-sales teams

In-depth knowledge of RERA, documentation, customer finance, collections & handovers

Excellent communication, escalation handling, and client relationship skills

Strong proficiency in CRM systems & MS Excel
