Join a leading Real Estate company on a prestigious government commercial building project! We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Planning & Execution Manager to lead end-to-end construction planning, scheduling, and execution efforts.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project scheduling, monitoring, and on-ground execution of commercial/government construction sites.
- Prepare and maintain work schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
- Collaborate with site teams and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review drawings and documents for accuracy, compliance, and approvals.
- Ensure project progress reporting, status updates, and documentation as per client and internal protocols.
- Coordinate with government departments, contractors, and consultants on all project execution fronts.
📌 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in planning & execution of government or commercial building projects.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders not eligible).
- Technical Tools: MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.

- Strong leadership and coordination ability
