Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Solution Architect with a deep understanding of modern software architecture, microservices, cloud environments, and scalable application design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting high-performance solutions and leading technical strategy across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure architectures using Python and Microservices frameworks.
- Define and drive architecture vision across complex systems involving Docker, AWS, and Kafka.
- Provide technical leadership and decision-making guidance to engineering teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and convert them into architectural designs.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Lead code reviews, architecture audits, and provide mentorship to technical team members.
- Ensure that solutions align with enterprise-level architectural standards and security practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and related frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of Microservices architecture, including service discovery, load balancing, and API Gateway management.
- Expertise in Docker for containerization and deployment.
- Advanced working knowledge of AWS Cloud services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).
- Practical experience with Kafka for streaming data and event-driven architecture.
- Deep architectural understanding of enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Profile:
- 16+ years of software engineering and solution design experience.
- Proven track record of leading architecture efforts for large-scale applications.
- Ability to work independently, mentor junior architects/developers, and influence senior stakeholders.
