Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow institutional partnerships in your region. This strategic role involves engaging senior decision-makers across government bodies, CSR leaders, and large education groups, helping them adopt scalable digital transformation solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-value, long-cycle institutional sales opportunities.
  • Own the regional sales strategy, identify market gaps, and proactively explore CSR/government collaborations.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders—Secretaries, Trustees, Directors of Education.
  • Monitor and respond to large-scale public tenders and empanelment invitations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling value propositions.
  • Deliver presentations, demos, and ROI-focused proposals at regional and national forums.

Candidate Profile:

  • 6+ years of proven success in institutional or B2B solution sales (preferably EdTech, SaaS, or ICT).
  • Familiarity with CSR-funded education programs, public procurement norms, and tendering processes.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making hierarchies.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools like Salesforce/Zoho for sales pipeline tracking.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel across the assigned region.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA with a Sales/Marketing specialization preferred.
