Job Summary:

We’re seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to drive institutional sales across your assigned region. This role focuses on selling digital learning solutions, ERP/CRM platforms, and assessment tools to educational institutions, CSR-backed programs, and government departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, presentations, proposals, and closures.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and CSR teams to promote product adoption.
  • Represent the company at local education events and government consultations.
  • Identify and respond to tenders, RFPs, and funding opportunities.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and customer success teams for demos and onboarding.
  • Maintain sales pipeline using CRM tools; provide regular forecasts and activity reports.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in institutional or public-sector sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the education ecosystem (K–12 or higher education).
  • Experience with RFPs, tender documentation, and government procurement preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Open to travel within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
