πΉ Role Summary:
Weβre seeking a seasoned PCG Relationship Manager to lead direct sales initiatives and manage a high-value portfolio of HNI clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in equity and investment products, a strong existing AUM base, and the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and grow HNI client base through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
- Promote and sell financial products: Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, Structured Products.
- Maintain a book of 12β15 Cr AUM, including at least βΉ5β6 Cr in equity investments.
- Manage 25β30 HNI clients, ensuring personalized relationship management.
- Drive monthly targets, product focus campaigns, and cross-selling initiatives.
- Participate in new client acquisition through equity transfers or fresh investments.
- Deliver a superior client experience through regular meetings, updates, and proactive service.
- Meet individual and desk-level revenue targets across broking and non-broking products.
