🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end IT recruitment across domains such as software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and data engineering.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and vendor references.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations and closures.
  • Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports, trackers, and status updates.

🔹 Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of IT technologies and current trends in hiring.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS systems.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles effectively.
  • Professional, confident, and proactive approach to sourcing and client coordination.
